The title used here is from the original master tape (photo provided by Andy Stevenson, the artist) and this vinyl test pressing

According to cal_alex on Discogs, who claims to be involved with the above test pressing, the Kid Unknown version is an unfinished studio demo, and the two mixes above are the finished versions (source)

Andy Stevenson's comments from his website:

"1992 - Yes, this was my track, though falsely released as being written by a UK DJ. The track turned out to be appropriately named and became a nightmare in real life! 'Nightmare', released by Warp Records, whilst becoming a huge club hit, it was also part of a lengthy crown copyright case. Thankfully, it was finally resolved at a copyright trial in Liverpool's Queen Elizabeth Law Courts in 1995 with all rights being returned to me."
