Re-release of the 1991 version. The "Polydor" label is hard to find (it's in an "exclusive license" note in the copyright section, and it's in the CD's LC number); most prominently credited is the "Really Useful Records".

This version contains both a booklet in the jewel case and a libretto in the enclosing paper box.
