There seem to be no differences between explicit (USPO18700110) and clean (USPO10700309) versions of this recording.

The original Ruthless Records single release doesn't credit Ron-De-Vu for this A-side track. Side A was credited only to "Eazy E", with "Fat Girl" also "featuring Freshly Done". Side B was credited to "Eazy E and Ron-De-Vu", and featured "L.A. Is the Place" and its acapella version.

The more widely distributed Macola Record reissue retained the general design and main artist credits for sides A & B, but moved "Fat Girl" from Side A to B, replacing the B-side acapella to make room for "The Boyz-N-The Hood" instrumental on Side A. This lead to the track being credited to "Eazy E and Ron-De-Vu" – "featuring Freshly Done".

Later compilations generally credit this track to "Eazy E and Ron-De-Vu", which could be a mistake stemming from the above, or Ron-De-Vu may have provided the beatboxing or other track vocals.
